Notice of 2015 Branch AGM and Agenda

The Yarra Ranges Branch AGM will be held on Thursday 26th February, 2015, commencing at 8pm, at Chirnside Park Country Club.  Members are reminded that they will be required to sign in and produce their current membership card.  Non members are welcome as observers.

The agenda for the meeting is below.



1. To receive and confirm the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 27th February 2014.

2. To receive the report of the President on the branch’s activities for the year.

3. To receive the Secretary’s report.

4. To receive the Treasurer’s report and if considered appropriate adopt the financial report for the year ended 31 December 2014.

5. To elect Office Bearers and Committee Members for the 2015 year.
In accordance with the clause 33 (a) of the Ulysses Club Constitution all committee positions will be declared vacant, and the following persons have been properly nominated for the positions as indicated:

Quartermaster - Ed Kuppens
Ride Coordinator - John Eckhardt
Welfare Officer - Mick Crofts

6. To conduct any other business of which proper notice has been given.
