Yarra Ranges Branch - Ride Co Ordination

Hi all,
Given the time of the year and the fantastic weather, Its probably timely that we just go over a few of the Branches ground rules in relation to the coordination of club / Branch rides. We are starting to see a bit of confusion setting in regarding the planning of Branch rides.
First and foremost, we have a Ride Co Ordinator (John Eckhardt) who oversees the whole function of planned Branch rides. With the popularity of the mid week rides on the increase, The Committee has approached John Ashley to co ordinate mid week ride activity. In relation to any planned Branch rides, it would be advisable to run your planned trip past John Echardt (for planned weekend rides) or John Ashley for mid week rides.
Non formal rides (Impromptu Rides) are rides that are less formal and are generally rides that are generated 72 Hours or less from the actual ride. Members are encouraged to advertise impromptu rides accordingly.
It's great to see so much activity within the Branch and I encourage all of you to discuss your proposed rides with John (Fonze) or John Ashley.
