I have just had a call from Martin Dempster confirming that Annemarie unfortunately has collided with a car in Q'land. She has had a partial elbow replacement, suffered a fractured thumb, and I suppose the usual cuts and bruises! Another specialist appointment on Tuesday for further assessment, and they are staying in Southport at this time, until doctors feel it would be ok to travel. Again, unfortunately, the extent of Annemarie's injuries now spell the end of her riding days, and it will remain to be seen what other implications this will have on other aspects of day to day activity. I feel sure all of our members are wishing you a speedy recovery, and safe journey home.
I have asked Martin to keep me informed when and as he can, and along with our other injured members, will update this information 'til such time as we know they are all on the mend.  Martin's mobile number is 0414984427.
Regards Mick.

I also have just heard from Peter Cotton, he is home from hospital, and recovering as expected, getting around reasonably comfortably, and looking forward to less painful movement. Here's to a complete recovery.
Regards Mick.
