Bob Macarthurs "New Years Silos Tour"

This year we will have a tour around Victoria viewing the Painted Grain Silos.
We will end up in Wangaratta to celebrate the New Year –‘THE PLACE GOES OFF’ New Year’s Eve!

We will leave on Saturday Morning 28th and spend that night in Bridgewater (380Km) where we will catch up and enjoy dinner with the Bendigo Bunch. On Sunday 29th, we will enjoy a spectacular ride up through the Mallee Region of Victoria following the Painted Silo Trail, arriving in Sea Lake (370Km) that afternoon. On Monday 30th, we will continue viewing the silos as we head east, along the Murray Valley arriving in Albury (430Km) that afternoon. On Tuesday 31st, we will ride up through the foothills of the Upper Murray and arrive in Wangaratta (280Km) that afternoon.

We will stay December 31, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day at the Historic Pinsent Hotel which is in the central part of Wangaratta where the action is. It will give us time to enjoy what the area has to offer and is also a great place to eat (open till midnight NYE) and stagger back to your room.
New Year’s Day will be a kick back day to recover from the NYE fun, maybe with a short ride to a special lunch spot. On 2nd we will ride over the mountains back home through Mansfield and have a look at some spectacular mountain scenery along the way (280Km).
