Tina Nicholls Major Off

Post by Admin on Sat Mar 28 2015, 17:56

On behalf of Mick Crofts our Welfare Officer we advise that our Tina Nicholls had a severe Off comming off her V-Star on an organised ride to Falls Creek Friday Morning. She clipped a car travelling in the opposite direction on a sweeping left hander and cannoned off into gravel and slid into a tree.
She has suffered major trauma to shoulder arm and leg. Ambulance and Police attended and Tina was conveyed to Albury Base Hospital where she underwent surgery to stabilize her injuries and was then transferred to the Alfred Hospital on Saturday.
She will undergo further Surgery to repair the leg and treat her damaged shoulder and broken arm
Ewan has followed her to the Alfred and she has other family members in support.
Further info will be posted as it becomes available.
Thoughts and prayers to both in this difficult time.
