Branch AGM and committee nominations

For your information the following nominations have been received to date for the Branch committee positions:

Henri Rokx - Welfare Officer
Ed Kuppens - Quartermaster
Nigel Dunn - Ride Co-ordinator
Ron Phillips - Webmaster
Geoff Norman - General Committee
Mick Crofts - General Committee
Peter Hansford - General Committee
Kevin White (K2) - General Committee

Nominations close this Thursday, 30th January and any further nominations must be received by me no later than 8pm on that day.

The Branch AGM will be held at the February social night at Chirnside Park Country Club on 27th February, from 8.00pm.    

Elections for the Branch committee positions are held at the AGM.

Nominations for the following positions are now open:

• Secretary
  
• Treasurer
  
• Quartermaster
  
• Social Co-ordinator
  
• Ride Co ordinator
  
• Welfare Officer
  
• Webmaster
  
• 2 General Committee members.
  

 Any financial member may nominate for any one, but only one, of the above positions by completing a nomination form and lodging it with me in person or by mail to PO Box 771 Lilydale 3140.

Nomination forms must be received by 8pm on 30th January, 2014. Nominations received after this date and time cannot be accepted.
