Kate and I wish thank everyone who came up to East Warburton yesterday we really enjoyed your visit.
Also thanks to Rowan for all the assistance he gave me in organising ride. Just don't let him tell you he knows the way to Cockatoo.
My thanks also to Ewan for doing great job as TEC on the ride especially as we didn't lose anybody when ride took a wrong turn and went via South Australia
You are all welcome back anytime.

Well said Rowan. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day, and an incredible meal supplied by Gary, Kate and friend.
I enjoyed the mystery tour and the great company. Thanks to Rowan for his navigation skills, and Ewan for making sure we all arrived safely.
Looking forward to joining you again.

Mid-week ride to East Warburton, 7 June, 2017.
What a great turnout and magnificent winter weather. Gary and Kate kindly invited us to their beautiful home, on the banks of the Yarra in East Warburton. It is an absolutely idyllic spot, complete with deer and wombats. They put on a sumptuous spread for us, with the world's best pumpkin soup; delightful cheese toasties and bakery delights. Special thanks to them for a wonderful day. We had a lovely guest, Jenni Cook and a couple of relative newbies, Gary and Amando. Apart from a minor detour, when I misplaced the sign to Cockatoo, it was a thoroughly enjoyable. Special thanks again to Ewan for being a great TEC. Link to photos if you have Facebook below. It's all about good riders on the day, who kept friends in their mirror and kept up. A spirited ride! I got a free pumpkin from Gary and Kate!! Thank-you!
