Re: Last Wednesday ride for March
Checked out some new roads I was keen to visit..A real buzz travelling a narrow lane type road alongside Puffing Billy with hundreds of kids waving to us. There are just so many roads waiting for the feel of the tyres under us, sweeping bends, undulating countryside, fresh air, clear skies (not today) and great company with the purr of the K 100 underneath -- oh is it just so poetic.
Another G8 day .. FONZ .. Hi TINA . and MARK .. and others who would loved to have been with us but were unable

Last Wednesday ride for March
Five riders braved the dampness this morning, for the last midweek ride in March.
Although it threatened to rain, it never quite eventuated, just as we thought we may have to clear our visors, it would dry up again, allowing us to continue a very pleasant ride through the hills to an early stop at Cockatoo for a short break and a pastie or whatever took your fancy at the bakery.
From there, again with threatening skies,(no rain) we took a more direct route home via Belgrave and down into Ferntree Gully and home, altogether, a nice way to share a few hours in pleasant company! (Where were you Snake?)
Regards Mick.
