Mid Week suggested route Empty Snake Route

I like your suggestion too Fonze but I am thinking that the Wednesday riders I reckon need maybe a monthly set ride whereby the participants know exactly where they are going travel times fuel stops ,bathroom breaks and the ability to ride as a group at differing speeds rather than trying to hold onto the speed of the front rider which will put people off.....................big time
In other words the ride from brunch eg is a short point to point and we all re group the next stage is same same if riders are new to riding or want to upgrade their skills they can then revisit a section that we have just traversed
What about this Fonze?

We have riders who live in different areas of outer eastern Melbourne ie a member such as BMW Gt 1600 in Yarra glen can pick up the Snake Route from Castella which is a lovely park
Ulysses is all about the individual my Ulysses No is 18554 and I just believe we need to maximise our corner time as we have the best roads of any branch in Australia and reduce our highway time.....................just my thoughts

Fellow Ulyssians

I have been thinking about an appropriate route that I would like to develop/test next Wednesday

The route needs to cater for riders of all skill levels and needs to get us as riders out Melbourne traffic as quickly as possible

So for next Wednesday I have a mind that for those who are interested we depart from brunch at 10am ish and proceed via mountain Hwy to Sassafrass make an immeadiate lefty then to Olinda-Monbulk-Yellingbo-Healesville-Toolangi-Kinglake-St Andrews...............for lunch

St Andrews  back to Warrandyte is about 20 minutes

this is a low speed route with fasty bits for those that want to

Snake

GT will be unofficial TEC if he turns up
