Breakfast on Saturday Jan 5th

Post by BernieH on Sun Jan 06 2013, 08:04

Thank you so much for coming to our breakfast fundraiser everyone. We were lucky to have such a nice day. Special thanks to the volunteers who worked tirelessly by the hot barbecue. Danny and Henri fronted up at first light and Jack and Henri put in a long stint cooking before being ably relieved Fonzie and Brynne. Much appreciated guys.
You will all be pleased to know that in total we raised $350. After costs of $100 a cheque for $250 has been forwarded to the Salvos today.
It's nice to start the New Year with the Ulysses group having a great time and raising funds for a good cause.

Breakfast at Bernie's 5th Jan

Post by BernieH on Thu Jan 03 2013, 14:03

Just to clarify our address:- 9 King Street Yarra Glen

Coming into Yarra Glen from the Lilydale direction, King St is the first turn left off the roundabout (Commonwealth Bank and Police Stn on corner of King Street). 9 King St is 1 km on the RIGHT (not left as previously advised). Looking forward to seeing you all on the 5th. Ann & Bernie
